This online e-learning course helps you boost your grammar and punctuation skills, choose and use appropriate words and craft effective sentences and paragraphs.  Find it on the iCat database list, or click here.  It’s available to all Kingston University staff and students although registration is required first.  Access code available from MyKingston e-resources page .

ku wifi wireless service restored

Research tutorial – ‘Advanced discovery skills’

Discovering quality information sources is core to the success of your research.  This session will provide you with the discovery skills you need and the knowledge of where to search. The session will go through online databases, search engines and catalogues.

 

Penrhyn Road LRC laptop information point

External borrowers sign in to iCat fixed

External borrowers can now view and renew loans as normal when signed into iCat.

Bank Holiday Monday opening hours in LRCs

Penrhyn Road LRC and the Nightingale Centre will be open on Monday 7 May. A full service will be available from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Night opening (24 hours) will run over the Bank Holiday as usual.  The Learning Cafés will be open from midday to midnight.  The Camm Centre and Knights Park LRC will be closed on 7 May.

iCat sign in for external borrowers

We apologise to external borrowers who are currently unable to see their loans list after signing in to iCat.  Whilst we are waiting for the problem to be fixed, please telephone 020 8417 3355 if you need to renew your books.  This problem is not affecting Kingston University students and staff.

Knights Park LRC closed on 24th April
